About the Estate
The Estate on Elm is a historic, private residence located just steps from the iconic Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs. Built by the Maytag family in 1926, the Estate preserves its original, exquisite craftsmanship and is surrounded by more than two acres of gardens.
Its current stewards open the Estate only a few times each year, offering discerning couples the rare opportunity to curate an elevated, ultra-luxury wedding experience within this exclusive setting.
Booking opportunities are exceptionally limited.
